How beta data is handled
Motilore needs account, project, billing, support, and media data to provide the service. This page explains the current private-beta handling in plain language.
Information we process
- Account information such as email, display name, plan, and beta-access status.
- Images, reference videos, prompts, generated outputs, saved characters, and project metadata you choose to upload.
- Usage and billing records such as AI Credit reservations, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and payment status. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Support conversations, escalated tickets, feedback, diagnostic identifiers, and error information needed to troubleshoot the service.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate requested media, calculate AI Credit usage, deliver private outputs, provide support, prevent abuse, operate the beta, and improve product reliability and usability.
Service providers
The beta uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Depending on the feature, project data may be processed by services such as Supabase, Railway, Stripe, WaveSpeed, OpenAI, and email-delivery providers. Only the data needed for the requested operation should be sent to each service.
AI support and data sharing
AI Help may send the user question plus limited account, page, project, or support context to the configured AI provider so it can answer accurately. Production/beta API projects should be configured so customer inputs and outputs are not voluntarily shared for model improvement unless the user has been clearly informed and the product has intentionally chosen that setting.
Private storage and retention
Project inputs and outputs are stored in private buckets and accessed through expiring signed links. Retention periods can vary by plan and beta configuration. Some operational records, such as billing, support, security, and audit records, may remain longer than generated media.
Your choices
You can stop using the beta at any time. During the beta, requests involving account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions should be sent through the authenticated Help/Support workflow so they can be reviewed safely.
