Terms

Private beta terms

These beta terms set basic expectations for invited testers while the product, pricing, limits, providers, and features are still being validated.

Private beta notice: these policies are operational drafts for the controlled beta and will be reviewed again before public launch.

Beta access

Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may expire. Invitation links and accounts should not be shared. Features, AI Credit rates, plans, provider models, retention periods, and availability may change during the beta.

Your media and permissions

Only upload or generate content you are authorized to use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, videos, audio, characters, likenesses, prompts, and other material.

AI-generated results

AI results are probabilistic and can contain visual errors, inconsistencies, unwanted changes, or inaccurate details. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. The service does not promise that every generation will match the prompt or preserve every feature perfectly.

AI Credits and beta billing

AI Credits measure platform usage and are not cash, cryptocurrency, or a stored-value account. The project review screen should show an estimated credit cost before generation. Eligible provider/platform failures are designed to release reserved credits. Subscription checkout remains in test mode during the controlled beta unless the product clearly announces otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform security, or the safety rules described on the Safety page. We may suspend beta access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, providers, or the project.

Availability

The beta is provided for evaluation and may experience interruptions, provider outages, queue delays, defects, and breaking changes. Do not use the beta for mission-critical production without keeping your own copies of important source and output files.
